Authentication Key Question

If I buy football manager tomorrow and install it and authenticate it on one computer will I still be able to use it on a new computer but on the same account?

You will be able to use it as long as you use the same steam account on the other computer.

No, I am talking about if i buy the game from the shops

Once it's authenticated it links it to a Steam account. So you can play it on as many computers as you like as long as you sign into the Steam account.
