Available wage budget-does this consist of staff wages as well???

i have £74 left for my weekly budget spending. My friend says thou he has fm'06. i can go over it abit. I was wandering if i can get 1 more staff member say a coach or scout, maybe fitness coacg. whatever really. This question isnt to do with bringing in a new player anyway.

So i was wandering that does the budget for the salary thats on the homepage. Does this involve staff salaries or just players. Both?

I'm fairly sure it means staff too. I know if you have to pay compensation to a club for signing their staff member, then it comes out of your transfer budget. So same rules should apply. If you go a bit over, either try thin it out by getting rid of useless players, or put money from your transfer budget into your wage budget.
