Is there any way by which we can sort players according to average skills of players like in national pool etc.,
 
no you cant :) and could you elaborate a bit more on what you mean exactly?
 
I am a beginner, I just want to select the best players from the national pool. Is there any easy way to do so?
 
instead of going the national pool route, go into player search and have the box "only show players legible to play for .............." box ticked and start from the top down :)
 
When I do that it just sorts players alphabetically. I have selected General info in views option. Anyways thanks for helping me out.
 
dude, PLAYER SEARCH, your name, drop down menu, you have player search, staff search, shortlist, click PLAYER SEARCH...

then sort by value
 
High value doesn't always indicate good performances. Just remember that.
 
yeah trust me I know and it does not mean by any means a player that was just bought for 6m will be better than someone who is valued at 650k for a smaller team, however it was exactly what he was looking for so that is what I suggested.....
