Average teams with good money?

Generally teams with good money will have a good team, but I would suggest Birmingham

most the of the teams get a lot more money in the second season, i know schalke has a sugar daddy and he gives you a load but in the first season you get none

just started a birmingham save and i got about 20 mil to spend which is very good money for a club like birmingham

I have recently been playing with West Ham you can get about 10mil to start and they have a reasonable squad if you can release Boa Morte.

Isn't QPR pretty loaded by Championship standards
