I've come to notice that not a lot of people make tactics which work that well with lower league teams in FM15; I guess people just can't handle the challenge *shrugs* and so I made it my personal mission to create one. Its taken me a while but I've finally found a working solution that works week in, week out; something which I must add was no easy feat especially since before FM15 I relied heavily on other people's tactics.

Although I've only tested this tactic using 1 team, I am 2nd in the league with only a handful of losses in the league with only 10 or so games left.

At first I started off with a basic 442 but due to Stockport (the team I'm managing) not having great midfielders and reasonably good wingers, I decided to make it slightly more attacking by using wingers instead of wide midfielders. Wingers = goals galore

The only problem is that we do concede a lot though that could be down to my defense/midfield being weak :(

Anyway, this is my first post and tactic so feedback would be welcomed :)

any oi´s? what training??

For the oi's I usually assign my assistant to do them or I apply them usually at HT based on how good the opposition is.

As for training;
During pre-season I would put general training on fitness and match preparation on match tactics at very high intensity level
Once the season started I've just kept the general training as balanced and rotate match preparation based on my opposition.

Hope that helps!

I'm managing Wealdstone at the moment and I will happily give this tactic a go

Let me know if it works for you! P.s. check out Ben Greenhalgh and Dale Hilson (Bags of goals in this one)
