so i have a problem with away games and i was hoping for some expert advice :P

i am currently playing as everton and i play a 4-5-1 formation:

-------------------------HOWARD-------------------------------
NEVILLE----JAGIELKA----DISTIN----EMANUELSON
-------------------------FELLAINI--------------------------------
--------------ARTETA----------BILYALETDINOV----------
SANCHEZ-------------------------------------------PIENAAR
-------------------------YAKUBU----------------------------------

HOWARD - goalkeeper (defend)

NEVILLE/EMANUELSON - full back (auto)
JAGS/DISTIN - centre back (defend)

FELLAINI - anchor man (defend)
ARTETA - centre mid (attack)
BILYALETDINOV - adv. playmaker (support)
SANCHEZ - winger (attack)
PIENAAR - inside forward (attack)

YAKUBU - complete forward (attack)

The screenshots show some tweaks i have made and my team instructions.

Basically it works great at home, but id like to know how to make it work great away too. My home form was one of the best in the league but my away form was one of the worst.

thanks in advance

Well, im not really expert but i also facing some problem in away games. Nothing wrong with your tactic if you can win in home. Every team get its advantage when played at home grown. So basically tactic its not enough to win the away. I try many way to win the away and i found out the only way to win is to make used the preparation match. Select your assistance to manage your match prep may a best way. Good Luck

Try to play more defensive style,in away game I use Balanced philosophy with Counter if the opposition is stronger,Standard if they are on the same level and Control if weaker. You'll also need to adjust your defensive line, width and tempo based on their pitch .

did u change passing style while play on away tactic mate? becoz the size of their pitch can be different with urs at ur home.
