B Club Questions

I'm in 2020 with Everton, i want a B club to sort my youth players out and make them develop quicker, as loaning them out isn't quite working..

How would i go about doing it? I've downloaded FMRTE.. but i just have some questions..

Would i be able to chose the manager?
would i have final say on signings etc...

I don't believe you can do B teams with English clubs. You can with teams in Spain and other countries but never seen it done with English clubs.

No, and No. Its essentially a completely separate team, you have no control on the running, you can choose to have final veto on who they sign or sell but you cant decide who they bid for, or have any control over the training etc.
