Two questions:
1. I want to make the II team in the Spanish league e.g Athletico II or Barcelona B to be controllable. What I mean is that I want to be able to appoint the manager and set tactics. Is it possible to do it via the editor?
2. Lots of my player aged 17 or 18 playing in U18/U19/U20 (depending on the league) pester me with conversations every month that they want a loan move as they aren't in the first team even though their development is going on well and they play a lot of youth games? How can I avoid this? For e.g. I thought increasing the U18/U19/U20 competition's rating would solve this problem?
