Background advice screen

I finally got my FM17 game when I got back from holiday last Wednesday. One thing I cannot seem to find is the backroom advice tab. It used to be under staff. I get a message once a week but can you not go into it more regularly. As it used to give tactical advice before games.

Has it gone or can I just not find it?

Its now a popup in the header when they hae some for you, not sure if the pages is still there though. keep an eye out for a astaff icon in the top right
