Background problem

I have downloaded a few stadium backgrounds but they are not showing up.
I have them in - Football manager 2013 - graphics - backgrounds (im sure this is correct)

on prefrences I have - reload skin in prefrences & allow display of background pictures BOTH TICKED.

Is there anything else I need to tick / untick?

Any help would be great

its a known issue and is being worked on to be fixed Sports Interactive Community it should be up next few days but chances are your old backgrounds might not work. you also need to untick skin cache thingy when it is fixed

Thanks for the feedback, had not seen anything about any problems so didnt know where I was going wrong
