Backroom advice

can any1 help please? b4 i was starting a game my backroom advice on opposition would tell me best formation to play wide or narrow deep defensive line etc, now it dont do it b4 a game, a lost assistant manager but replaced him, also a coach or 2, replaced also, so can anyone tell me how to get this feature working again? much appreciated thanks

b4 a game if u click backroom advice, it tells u wot is best formation against opposition, also tells u whether to play narrow or wide, deep or push up etc, also i used to click ask assistant to pick opposition intructions now it wont let me

because your *** man is new, he needs time to adjust to the new players/tactics etc that he is advising you on. depending on his tactical knowledge stat, this advice can take a few weeks or months to return

Why at the beginning it give me advise about fitness, strength, speed etc. advantage or disadvantage which I used to very good effect by using touchline shouts. But now it tells me what how narrow I should play or something like that but when I do what they say I get beat. How can I make them say what they said before.
