Backroom staff not manager

So I'm manager of Monaco been there for 2 seasons i've won everything available to me and when I look at the club general screen under favoured personnel im listed as backroom staff and not manager is this a bug or will it change at some point I ask as I feel like the club are mugging me off im the top dog not the cleaner.
