Backroom Staff relationship?

Does anyone know how to foster a good relationship with the backroom staffs (coach, assistant manager,etc)?, i would really want to be favoured by my personnel so that they will go with me to every club that i manage

win trophies with them. purchase top players for them to work with.

having you as favoured personnel isnt a guarantee they will follow you though

Well i restarted my game and im now in my second season with Real Madrid and last year i won the treble, (spanish league and cup, champions league). but still none of my staff favoured me!! I've also bought some players with worldwide reputation such as Gourcuff and Fabregas, is time the problem here?

If you stay at a club for like 3 or 4 years then the coaching staff resign once you leave then will follow you to your next club.
