Backroom Staff ?

Hello there ,

I was just wondering what you do regarding Asst.Managers , Coaches etc. Do you get your own or just stick with the ones already at the club ? And if you move club would you bring the staff with you from the club you left ?

I clear the coaches I consider not good enough. Usually keep the *** manager until i fid someone amazing. Bring in my own scouts and physio's. Almost always get Lewin as my physio.

I will almost always bring in my own staff - financial situation allowing. You may want to take a look at this.

it depends how good the staff are already but when im a smaller club i bring in my own physios and scouts but tend to keep *** manager unless they're rubbish and maybe a couple of youth coaches depending on how good their youth is

I always overhaul the staff room - most people are **** even in Chelsea! But if they are too good I keep them.
I also have the tendacy to get Tony Coton and Oliver Bierhoff every save in a high club for some reason <)

Eric Black is an amazing *** manager. 4 and half star in defence coaching and tactics too.

I bring my own staff in. The club i have started with had two assistant managers and no coaches.
