Bad Balotelli

I have this huge problem: recently I turned down an offer from PSG for Balotelli.
He asked for a meeting with me, answering why I didn't let him go. I told him that I need him for winning but he replied he doesn't want to wait... Now his morale is HORRIBLE. There's no way to change his mind, even though he does great performances...
How can I motivate him? Do I have to sell him as soon as possible?

keep playing him an winning matches it will soon change i asked rvp to play when injured its went to the lowest morale didnt play him put then when he was fit and he was scoring an winning games it went bk up hope it helps

Praise him after every 2-3 games when he's doing decent enough. When the season finishes, offer him a new contract and keep him as a key player.
