Badges Not appearing for Teams??? and print screening?

the badges and player pictures are not appearing on my football manager any advise how to change this and also how do you print screen to these forums

I think print screening is Alt+F9, this sends the image to an FM folder under FM 2012 in documents. Make sure badges etc. are saved in Documents-->Sports Interactive-->Football Manager 2012-->Skins. Load FM, go on preferences, untick the skin cache one and tick 'Always reload skin on confirm', should be there
