Ball Playing Cover Defenders

I'm looking for a ball playing defender for Arsenal in Season 2 (2012 summer). Thiago Silva is the ideal pick, but who would you suggest assuming I can't get TS? I'll be counting on a big contribution.

I'm willing to spend up to 35-40 million eu.

have a look at inigo martinez, the guy is young and looks quality, he plays for real sociedad. if not Dede from Vasco de gama is quality.
