I'm playing with Liverpool and need a Ball winning CM with a Def Role.
I have a budget of around 10m left.

Try and stretch the budget abit using 48 monthly installments. You could get M'vila for say 8m + around 8m over 48 months (leaving 2m for signing on clauses). At 24 on my save he's probs the best DM in the world, with quite good creativity to boot.
 
Mohammed Sissoko, Gattusso, Gojko Kacar, Anthony Annan

Just filter your database and look for good tackling and strength

I've got M'vila for my Liverpool save and he's a beast
 
Gaby in Bologna, 20 in tackling, 17 in marking and 15 in heading, can be bought for 4.5 million.

If you mean natural, he's only natural at DM, and accomplished at CM. But you can quickly retrain him, his stats are better suited to CM anyway, where his creativity won't be wasted.

I mean star rating wise.
 
Mate Simao. Cheap, young, but roughly has the same quality as Annan and will develop. Available from 2-3million
 
I bought Moussa Sissoko for dead on £10m. Does the job and chips in with screamers now and then.
 
I have also gone for m'villa in season 3, he looks rock solid with lucas as back up
