hi i need some help... i noticed that both Batic and Royal Leagues are present on the editor database, although they do not figure on game play when one of the countries involved are selected. how can i change their rules, teams or nations that participate? even more how do io make them effective in the game proper?

Commonwealth of Indipendent States Cup (CIS) that is for champions of the ex-USSR nations, as long as the Baltic League and Royal League...
all three feaure in the Editor but i just do not know how to make them present in the game.... or edit them so that i can change stuff...
