Actually, does anyone know if you can "progress" into the English Leagues when playing as League of Wales teams? i.e. like Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham, Colwyn Bay etc.

I know in real life they got the option of moving- can it be done on FM?

maybe they should try and introduce that on the next fm. say if u keep smashing the welsh league they invite you to come and play in the english league.

Nice idea. But like then there would be an extra team in the league which wouldn't then be realistic. However, you can't just kick out an English team out of the English league.

The developers could look into how it's done in real life though and see what system is in place- because I know a couple of times that LoW teams have been offered to move to English leagues. (Incidentally, mot actually stay becaue of the prospect of European qualification)

It would make sense for the Sheikh to invest- if he invested heavily enough, gain a reputation in Europe getting into Europa league, then as the team gets better maybe sacrifice Europe for 10 or so years and progress through the English Leagues.
