Barca players can't score

I'm playing as Barca with the 4-3-3 they use and I manage to keep 60-70% possession with over 80% passing completion. The problem is the players take as many as 40 shots each game and only hit like, 5 on target? Scoring only 1 or 2 goals.
This has been happening every game that I manage and i can't see why as they're in form and after going on holiday Villa has like 35 goals scored.

During the time I went on holiday yeah, but when I manage games myself players like Xavi Messi or Villa hit the ball as much as 10 yards wide from 20 meters out with no defenders pressing them, with almost every shot they take.

Go through the games that you were on holiday for, and have a look at the formation you played who played where ect.
