Is it possible to change Barcelona B into a reserve team so that players can freely move between the first and reserve team, like the Premier League system.

i.e If Xavi is coming back from a long term injury then he can play a couple of matches in the reserve team then move back to the first team.

So basically I want to know how to enable "Available For Reserve Squad."

Well, you are unable to do that. In Spanish league system, you can't register the same player for two different leagues. But if you're under 20 or was it 21, you can play both leagues, so that makes for example Cuenca eligible for both leagues.

So, simply, you can't do that.
