Don't worry to much, your team will be better for having been in the PL even if you do go back down. Your team will be clearly out classed up there, play defence, even at home. Play counter attacking football. With a weak side in the top league for the first time you should never expect beautiful football. Just force draws, play a 4-5-1 counter or defence formation. Only push for wins in those vital "6 pointers" with fellow strugglers. The first season is always hardest, if you make it to a seconded season you'll find staying up easier because the newly premoted sides will tend to struggle.
