Barrow = striker or am attributes

Hiya

I have a backward arrow on one of my strikers going to
the AMC posistion, do i look for striker attributes or attacking
mid one's for the player to put there?

yeah i thought that at first but then i thought would a target man striker be best there, the backward
arrow comes into play when i havent got the ball so was thinking if my opponents lost possetion and my
centre back kicks it up field maybe him to head the ball onto my other striker would be better?

as long as he has good passing and creativitiy he would be fine imo.

sorry if I sound like a 'tard, but how do you put them arrows on players?!?!:S

EDIT: Never mind, I found out how. I just did it, but want to change back...how can i do that?:S
