Basque players ?

Starting as Athletic Bilbao and I only want to sign Basque players, is there any kind of way I can search for Basque players since its not actually a nation ?

Is there no way to set search to filter nationality as Basque? If not, then that's incredibly annoying!

Maybe select "language spoken" to Basque and see if that filters it further. I've never been Bilbao so I've no idea what the protocol is in finding Basque players.
