Have you tried offering to clubs with a clause that you pay some of his wages?

Try this:


* Offer him out at full price + 20% and offer to pay 20-30% of the players wages (higher if needed). You may not get any offers but some clubs may be interested.
* Offer player out again at 100% cost and offer to pay 20-30% of players wages. You should have one or two clubs interested at least.
* Now offer the player at 50% value and offer to pay 10% of wages. You should receive a few offers by now.
* Enter negotiations and try to get the price back up and try to remove the wages clause.


If that doesn’t work offer him on loan, try and recovery some of his wages and add a 'buy at anytime' clause for a small fee of like £2m

his value is 56k lool so transfer value makes really no difference its more to do with his high wages that i want off the wage bill ive got rid of rooney to newly promoted newcastle

no luck no one wants him gonna let him leave for free at end of 2nd season

I got rid second season. Did not play him at all 1st season. He became unhappy when listed him unhappy when offered him to other clubs. Just kept trying to sell start of second window, in the end he agreed to mutual termination.
