made in the current ME 20.3.0 something different with this tactic with 1 defender but with early testing been going great so far still early but a fun to watch tactic
its just plug and play.. I let assis do all training,team talks set pieces are all set
I have mentality on balanced unless you have a super strong side I would leave it on balanced
added another tactic with it 3132

thank you took me a while to like fm 20 but this tactic has made it exciting again

I like stuff like this that is unorthodox. Well worth a try to see what it does and how it lines up, though I'll need to find a forward somewhere. Top effort for creativity!

added another tactic in opening post I found I was struggled against the 4411 so I made the 3132 and found it negated the 4411 you also might like to use that one if you have not got the players for first tactic just another option

just about halfway through the season still undefeated so far I have found if the other team play with 1 striker I switch to 31312 tactic I found this gets the best results
would like to here some feedback if anyone else has tried it I think its better to start off a new season fresh with this tactic anyhow here are the results so fa

closing in on the end of season been hard getting it done working 10 hour days has slowed me down a bit
title chase is close I have 2 games in hand I have a pretty good run home already scored 102 goals from 32 games trying to hit the 120 goals
