what do you mean been waiting?

How have you brought the product?

Where did you buy the game from? I assume using GAME's download service?

Check your junk mail?

I would too. Thats why I prefer to buy the game. Install it and activate it through Steam. No hassles :)

If it's not there you won't get anything even resembling help from Game on a weekend.

Such good thinking from their 9-5 Mon-Fri customer service team. It's not like digital issues can happen 24/7 or anything....

You should have bought off Steam. It is better all round.

Even when you get past the activation key, there are still the joys of Byteshield to negotiate.

Game and Byteshield just aren't worth the hassle.

When you get your activation key you are better off installing with steam if possible.

What are the problems associated with Byteshield? Downloaded a game from Game before, but never had a problem

ok thanks for the help guys.

just to clarify-it does take a while then to recieve the key?

Byteshield causes all sort of problems for some, dependant on their system and OS i guess. From deleting important files from the Sports Interactive folder, to just blocking the game from opening.

SI suggested running FM and Byteshield as an administrator, but for the majority this fixed nothing, there has been no further help since.

I'll be honest with you, downloading through GAME is a complete scam. It's so overly complicated it's as if EA set it up.. Even after you wait upto 24 hours (maybe more) for your code you've got a nice few hours of waiting for a torrent, probably in about 15000 parts to download before you can finally install the game. Well this was the case when I downloaded a game from them a year ago, it's not worth the £6 you save from buying the disc.

No idea Bruce. When the game was first release a few people had problems with receiving their codes, these problems happened over the weekend too. I would advise that if it's not there/Game haven't helped you by Monday, you demand a refund.

Didn't know about these problems. Think I'll stick with Steam or buying the disc. You'd think if they were aware of these problems they'd have sorted it buy now.

not good,:'(

iv contacted GAMEs customer support.

if they dont get the key by tommorow ill demand money back (6)

Could it be because it's a Sunday?

Sorry for being a derp if it's not.

cant beleive this.eventually got the key but cant run game as it has failed to run graphics system?????(6)(6) this was a complete FAIL! never doing this again!

How come it failed to run? I assume you meet all the minimum specs?
