Hi all, i have downloaded one of the databases that allows me to play in the Ryman Leagues etc. and intend to start at this level and take a club as far as i can and was wondering if anyone has any advice for me?

Should i buy young players i can make a profit on?
How do i go about my academy?
Any coaches i should bring in?

Any advice at all is most welcome, thanks in advance!

Never heard of long league :S

Loans are your best bet, ones that don't cost in wages or fees. Quite often these databases aren't/can't be particularly accurate when it comes to created teams reps and you can often get loan players well above your leagues standard.

I find fitness a problem at lower leagues, so possibly a fitness coach if/when you can afford it...it's unlikely at the start I guess?

I'd ignore your academy until you move up the leagues.
