Just brought FM2010 today so completely new to this, I just want to ask if i start with Worcester city can lower teams like them work there where upto the prem if i manage them right?

I am Consett, started in level 9 of the football league, Currently just won league 2 and now in League 1, gained promotion every year but 1 which I lost in the playoff final, It takes an awful long time indeed, In 2016 right now lol
