belarus lower divisions

i show that u have all countries lower diviisions ecept for belarus.please edit a patch with belarus thrird and fourth division.i am not from belarus but i want to take rour minsk.thank u

I would also very much appreciate an update that includes the lower divisions of Belarus for the same reason. Thank you if anyone has the chance to do this!
