Keep an eye on this guy - if your game is like mine you may be able to pick him up for a small fee (?500k, for me) a few seasons in. Although I may have lucked out.
He's had a phenomenal full debut season:

Average Rating of 8.00 in 41 (1) appearances in all competitions, Man of the Match in 20 of those with 15 assists. He topped the whole division in Average Rating, Distance Covered, Distance Covered in 90 minutes, Key Tackles (187! 70 ahead of 2nd place!) and Player of the Match.
He won the Football Writer's Footballer of the Year award too.
I'm using him as a complete wing back in a system with 3 centre backs:
