i agree that they are capable of a top half finish, but some other people are going to have to start chipping in with goals for this to happen. i think sunderland will be well clear of any relegation worries this year though
 
They should be. They played well against top teams, so they might finish within top ten.

We play well against top teams, but slip up against the lower teams, thats the problem. even though we're unbeaten against arsenal, man utd, liverpool and man city, we lost against west brom :S

If it had not been for Bent then Sunderland would be in trouble. They need more people to score as they have become too reliant on his goals.
