Benzema

I'm in my third year and i've signed Benzema.

Before i had Lacina Traore up top on his own, as i play 4-1-2-2-1.

I rotated him between AF and Poacher and was scoring goals well. about 1 in 2 but obviously playing him in most matches he got tired easy so i bought Benzema due to being in Ligue 1 and having a majority of french or french discent players but i just can't get him to score.

20 Games, 1 Goal. Tried him as trequartista, CF, Target Man, Poacher & AF.

Anyone got any idea's

he's not an out and out poacher, don't forget assists are as important as goals. So Treq/target and complete forward would be his best roles. If you play a lone target man, make sure you have wingers, not inside forwards, for treq, well, i'd use him as a false 9 over treq as treq is more of a amc role and have a SS behind him and atleast one inside forward.

I am playing Wingers and the service to him seems decent as when i replace him with Drogba or Traore they seem to score. Thanks for the advice though. Starting to think that maybe this time i made a misjudgement and bought the wrong player for my formation. I'll give him a go as a F9 till the end of the season though. Cheers
