keep him man, he stills scores goals at 35!
he does not do much work now anyway so the older he gets does not really affect much of his play you wont get the money we paid for him!

sell him 2nd season, try play him! if you leave him, you wont get the money, if he has a good season like he would if he is played, you will!

if he doesn't want to go put transfer status to not needed and offer mutal termination which they most often rejected and leaves them feeling shocked and unhappy if he agrees just click cancel lol simples
