Best 4-2-3-1 tactic for 15.3.

There's been a lot of 4-2-3-1 tactics I have seen posted on this forum but nothing has really worked for me since the last patch, I would like some people's opinions on which 4-2-3-1 tactic has been the best tactic for the latest patch.

I have had much success with my tactic. its always better if you create your own though. that way you can fine tune. but this is what i use. striker scores alot . my wide men also esp the inside forward on the right.. try it and gimme a shout. Maybe if i feel people want it i could make a thread and help some people with how to set up your own tactics..
