Best Arsenal 4-3-3/4-5-1 Tactic As In Real Life

I tried all available arsenal formation on net and found it difficult to win games with possesion
and clear cut chances while the opposition hit me hard at defence and my attack not hitting not target.

Anyone plz can design a most realistic plus suitable formation for gunners?

put arshavin on the right he's better there and to cut inside.. or maybe 4-4-1-1 with arshavin behind rvp
