Best Central Midfielder For Arsenal?

First season with Arsenal. Playing Wilshire as AMR,so looking for a Fabregas type CM to cover Ramsey and eventually replace Arteta. Please dont suggest Pastore type players,never had much success with attacking midfielders in CM roles. Champions-elect so should have a nice wedge to spend.
