Hi Guys im currently on a manager spell at CS Sedan in the Ligue 1 and im a midd table side and the problem is that the top flight teams are offering big cash for the future of the club so my question are: in what country/s can i get the best regens for the least amount of cash? Currently on a 5 miljon Euro transfers.
