Hi ...!!

I'm playing with Atletico Madrid and I have big problem in Defence ...

I'm playing 4 - 1 - 3 - 1 - 1

2 DC - 1 DR - 1 DL - 1 DM - 1 MC - 1 MR - 1 ML - 1 AMC - 1 ST

my defender is ( Pablo - Perea - Hetinga - Pitchu Atienza )

My Center Defence playing ( ZONAL ) marking and ( OWN HALF ) close down ..

I played 8 games in LIGA and scored 12 goals and 11 goals against me !!

DC's should only really be closing down in their own area. Setting them to close down in their own half is probably drawing them out of position too often, leaving holes in your back line.

Setting their mentality right down to defencive will help, as well as low creative freedom and rarely running with the ball/making foward runs.

You could also try setting their passing to direct so they may not try and play short passes which could lead to them giving the ball away easily.
