Best formation and tactics in FM2013? Is it Spin the Wheel? Might and Magic?

What is the best tactic that people have discovered so far for fm2013?

I read that spin the wheel was the best?

What one is the best to use, regardless of players available?
 
First, no need to make two threads asking the same thing.

Secondly there really isn't a "best" tactic, they're all highly dependent on the resources you have at the club in question. Unlike older versions where it was basically down to what formation exploited the ai the most this isn't, so many more things come into it now and no real tactic sits above the rest.
 
I guess 4 4 2 flat is the best formation for fm 2013
,my favorite is 4 2 3 1
