best formations & tactics?

Hi i created my own club and took over Middlesbrough in the Championship. following on from a post i decided to build my team full of wonderkids & hot prospects with a smattering of experienced heads, so i'm just wondering what would be the best tactics to gain promotion with this team (i'm attaching screenshots of my team atm, already played 2 friendlies & managed to win them easily). any help apprieciated!
