Best Free players for 16.3 update?

Alot of the free players I signed in the original update are now signed is there a list yet for free players on this update or anyone know of any good ones so far?

I usually sign Palladino but he now plays for a team etc
 
There are a few quality brazilians like Dagoberto and Keirrison, and of course Ronaldinho!

I had him at Cruzeiro. His stats are not very good and he was crapper than ****. Toronto FC are just about his level I would say tho.
