Curious to see what peoples thoughts are on this.

I'm playing as Liverpool and i'm quite picky and a perfectionist, aswell as wanting to get a decent youth setup going. I know the current as LFC is quite good, but i'd like to hear about other peoples opinions.

I've just signed Gianfranco Matteoli from Cagliari. Good stats.

Definitely Phil Cannon!

Alternatively Dave Parnaby, Bernhard Pieters or the guy from...Atalanta? Cant remember his neame, but he's awesome if you want to focus on the 1st team and leave absolutely everything to him (not my cup of tea but if you want to be more like real life clubs)

Tony Carr from West Ham seems to do well enough for me :) not tried any others yet. I think passion4football manager had a guide up on the best head of youth development staff though. Ofc theirs is an opinion like anyone elses, but gives you a lot more options.
