I am trying to complete this achievement but i don't know how, can anyone help me with this?
it says that i must have my player win European Player Award i can't find that award anywhere

appreciate it if anyone can help

You didn't need to take it so literally . The thing is you need one of your players to win the award, and since Messi will 9/10 win it every season until he hits 32-33, your best bet is to play Barça for 6 months.
