I meant the proper manager like Mourinho, Wenger etc.

Guess it depends on their style of play, managers such as Mourinho, Guardiola etc. have their attributes suited after their style of play. What I'm trying to say is that you can't really compare managers with different styles of play, in order to find the better one At least that's what I think
