What makes you feel like the greatest manager in the world?

Is it tactically upstaging a superior opponent? Maybe its pulling off that match winning substitution? Or that bargain transfer who turns out as the next Ronaldo or Messi?

Just a curiosity thread really, personally its a mix of all different things for me, but being 1-0 down against city and my subs combine to win the game 3-1 is a special feeling.

So what makes you feel like Jose, Alex and Arsene?

Playing Michael Owen at the dying minutes on derby games, and he bangs the winning goals in.

When I manage to beat a team even though all odds are against me by springing a tactical suprise

winning the world cup in brazil in 2014 with brazil haha.

nah I remember taking Singapore to the WC in 2026 and that was truly magical even though it was with a team full of regens

For me best moment in my life when i passed the Matric examination and got 75% mark. That moment is best moment.

When being down I do some tactical changes and come back to win.

And when the tactical changes do exactly what I wanted them to achieve.

Chelsea being unable to beat me (playing with Rapid Bucharest) in two games in Champions Cup (2:2 away, 0:0 home). Honestly, i had huge amount of luck playing away, but in Romania we were almost even.
Also, making a good player of Maxim Skavysh. I bought him for just 250k euros from BATE Borisov, and in three and 1/2 seasons he has played 96 league games and scored 52 times. Furthermore, at just 23 years of age, he managed to grab 27 caps for Belarussia and score 13. Now his value is 2.500.000 euros.

Owning with Chatham Town. Lost 1 in 20 games including pre-season
