Best non-League download?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I was looking for maximum traffic.

I want to play as a non-league team, preferably in the County Leagues (below Ryman/Southern/Northern and their first divisions) and I'm wondering which is the best download to go with? Depth and detail would be nice too, such as the FA Vase and Ryman/Southern/Northern League Cups.

And does the recommended download require a patch, as I am currently using 11.0, unpatched.
 
I have a very detailed one. Which includes the various league boundaries so you wont have to worry about dover ending up in the northern leagues ect. But ive no idea how to upload it unless you want me to send it to you the file via email or something?

Yeah, that would be great! I've tried creating it myself, but I can't get the promotions aspect right. Should I pm you my email account?

Tried that and it won't work. It has an issue with the Cherry Division One, something about it having too many teams.

That does not go low enough. I wanted to start at Level 9, County Leagues.
