Best number of staff to have

I was just wondering what the right amount of coaches and other staff to have at your club. I currently have 7 physios 8 coaching staff and 10 scouts. ( I dont think I need so many physios personally)

Tbh it's not how many staff you have it's how good they are eg having two 3* attacking coaches is worse than one 4* coach so......

I'd like to have more than 15 coaches so I can increase my scouting knowledge.

This is the set-up I usually go with: 1 assistant, 1 first team coach and 8 normal coaches, then 2 youth coaches covers all areas perfectly
