Best Opposition Instructions??

Could someone please suggest and screenshot the best opposition instructions from a tactic? I got told of one which was amazing for stopping crosses/goals from out wide? any help is greatly appreciated.

Opposition instructions are supposed to be opposition specific. There are no plug and play opp' instructions.
if someone gives you them and you win: it's pure chance and without understanding why you've choose those instructions is more damaging to your squad than not having them since when things go wrong, not only do you have to figure out how the opp' instructions are affecting you, you still have the oppositions tactics and players to deal with.

1. Start a throwaway-save now and experiment with different instructions to see what they do.
2. Pick the ones that do not conflict with your style of play (ie, low defensive line; closing down is not needed)
3. When you've identified how you want your team to naturally pressure the opposition, study them and try identify weakness THAT YOUR TEAM IS ABLE TO EXPLOIT.
4. Exploit these weakness; paying careful attention to make sure you don't conflict with your basic instructions and style of play.
